We work with BitGo to provide institutional-grade storage without requiring investors to manage private keys or personal wallets.
Holding crypto directly brings responsibilities, from safeguarding access credentials to managing transfers and storage. Crossgate Capital manages these arrangements on your behalf, using BitGo’s storage infrastructure to help reduce operational and security risks.
BitGo’s institutional platform also enables staking of eligible portfolio assets, allowing them to earn rewards that may support shareholder distributions. We oversee the staking arrangements, while BitGo’s platform handles the underlying technical operations.
Depending on the network, staked assets may remain in cold storage or be committed to on-chain staking arrangements accessed through BitGo. Private keys remain within BitGo’s environment.
Share Registry & Investor Access
Crossgate Capital’s share registry and investor access are powered by MUFG Pension & Market Services, a leading New Zealand share registrar with decades of experience supporting listed companies and their investors.
This partnership keeps your investment records professionally administered and securely maintained on an independent registry. Through MUFG’s online portal, you can view and manage your Crossgate Capital shareholding 24/7, including checking your current balance, updating personal details and keeping track of important communications.
Corporate actions such as shareholder statements and tax certificates are handled through the registry, helping ensure accurate record‑keeping and timely updates. As an investor, you benefit from the same infrastructure and processes used by many of New Zealand’s listed companies that rely on MUFG as their share registrar.
