Share buy-back & facilitated trading
The first share buy-back on 8 February 2024, saw all shareholders requests met and over NZD $1 million of capital returned. A second share buy-back was completed on 7 March 2025 where all shareholder requests were also met.
The intent is to make an offer on a periodic basis to all shareholders, to buy-back their Class A shares, this potentially provides liquidity windows for shareholders who have different investment horizons.
We can also potentially facilitate the sale of your shares by matching buyers and sellers if there are interested buyers. We have facilitated multiple trades between Shareholders with the matching process being undertaken during our regular allotment process.
Should you wish to sell your Shares, for any reason, please contact us to discuss the various options available to you. Call us on freephone 0800 378 489 (EQUITY) or email info@crossgatecapital.co.nz
