Managing Your Investment: Reinvesting & Exiting
How can I build my investment portfolio?
We make it easy to build your investment in cryptocurrencies through our flexible regular investment plan and one-off investment options.
What is the regular investment plan?
Our automatic reinvestment option allows you to set up a regular, automatic investment on either a fortnightly or monthly basis. This is a popular feature as regular investing makes it easier to achieve your investment goals with less time and effort (known as dollar-cost averaging).
Can I change or stop my regular investment plan?
Yes, you have complete flexibility. You can cancel, put on hold, or amend the amount of your regular investment plan at any time.
Can I make one-off investments?
Yes, you can also make one-off investments at any time to add to your portfolio.
Where can I find the dates for the regular investment plan?
You can view the dates for the regular investment plan by clicking on the "Reinvestment Calendar" button on the relevant page.

Exiting Your Investment
We understand that shareholders' investment horizons can change. While our core objective is to deliver strong long-term returns, we also aim to deliver a strong investor experience by providing potential ways to exit your investment if needed.
There are a number of potential exit options available to you, which are designed to provide liquidity for shareholders with different investment horizons:
1. Periodic Share Buy-backs (The Company's Offer)
-
Mechanism: Crossgate Capital intends to make an offer, on a periodic basis, to all shareholders to buy back their Shares.
-
Events: The company has successfully completed these offers in the past (e.g., February 2024 and March 2025), meeting all shareholder requests.
-
Process: When an offer is made, you would complete an instruction form to sell some or all of your shares back to the company. The shares acquired by the company are then cancelled.
2. Trading on the USX (Share Trading Platform)*
-
Platform: Your shares are listed on the USX (Unlisted Securities Exchange), a New Zealand-based share trading platform. The ticker code is CCL.
-
Mechanism: This provides a way to sell your shares if there are interested buyers on the market.
-
Broker Requirement: All trading on the USX must be conducted through a USX registered broker (e.g., Craigs Investment Partners, Jarden NZ, Forsyth Barr).
3. Share Transfers
-
Mechanism: We can also potentially facilitate the sale of your shares by matching buyers and sellers if there are interested buyers. We have facilitated multiple trades between Shareholders with the matching process being undertaken during our regular allotment process.
If you wish to sell your Shares for any reason, you can contact us directly to discuss the various options.
