Managing Your Investment: Reinvesting & Exiting Options
Reinvesting
Building your investment position
Crossgate Capital makes it easy for investors to build their position over time through a flexible regular investment plan and one-off investment options. This approach allows shareholders to add to their investment progressively rather than relying on a single entry point, which can help make investing more disciplined and manageable over the long term.
Our regular reinvestment plan allows investors to set up automatic investments on either a fortnightly or monthly basis. Many investors value this approach because it supports consistent investing over time and reduces the need to decide when to invest each time funds are added.
Investors also have flexibility to adjust their plan as circumstances change. A regular investment plan can be amended, paused, or stopped at any time, and one-off investments can also be made if an investor wishes to add further capital to their portfolio.
For investors using the regular investment plan, the Reinvestment Calendar provides the scheduled dates for the plan, including direct debit dates. This gives investors a clear view of upcoming processing dates and helps with planning ongoing contributions.

Exiting Your Investment
We understand that shareholders’ investment horizons can change. While our objective is to deliver strong long-term returns, we also recognise the importance of providing potential liquidity pathways for shareholders who may wish to exit their investment.
There are a number of potential exit options available to shareholders. These include periodic share buy-back offers by the company, selling shares through the USX via a registered broker where there are interested buyers, and share transfers where buyers and sellers may be matched.
1. Periodic Share Buy-backs
On a periodic basis, the company may make an offer to shareholders to buy back shares. Where an offer is made, shareholders would be provided with details of the process and the terms of the offer at that time.
Crossgate Capital has completed buy-back offers previously, including in February 2024 and March 2025, and those offers met all shareholder requests received at the time.
2. Trading on the USX *
Shares in Crossgate Capital are quoted on the USX under ticker code CCL. Shareholders may be able to sell their shares through the USX if there are interested buyers on the market. Trading on the USX must be conducted through a USX registered broker (e.g., Craigs Investment Partners, Jarden NZ, Forsyth Barr).
3. Share Transfers
We can also potentially facilitate the sale of your shares by matching buyers and sellers if there are interested buyers. We have facilitated multiple trades between Shareholders with the matching process being undertaken during our regular allotment process.
If you are considering selling your shares, please contact us directly to discuss the available options. For full details, investors should refer to the Product Disclosure Statement.
